About the Coach
She is a Certified Co-active Coach (CPCC – Coaches Training Institute), Board Certified Coach (BCC) and certified by the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She holds a MA in Leadership from Saint Mary’s College. In addition she is a certified mediator with the California Lawyers for the Arts, Leader Effectiveness Trainer (L.E.T.) and Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Team Coach and EQi2 assessor.
She coaches and trains individuals and teams on difficult, sensitive and important conversations and the process by which they make decisions.
